From Farm to Cup: Knowledge, People & QualityGreat coffee begins with people, knowledge, and dedication.In Tolima, Colombia, we have worked closely with coffee growers through hands-on training initiatives led by Servicampo, with the support of SENA (Colombia's National Learning Service).In the field, these activities focus on sustainable farming practices, coffee cultivation, post-harvest processing, and fermentation techniques, including washed, honey, and natural processes.In the coffee laboratory, the same participants expand their knowledge through sensory analysis, coffee roasting, quality evaluation, and hands-on training with specialized equipment.At CAFELANDIA, we believe that sharing knowledge and strengthening relationships with coffee-growing communities are essential to bringing exceptional Colombian coffee to the world.
